Most websites focus on visible aspects - what we humans normally see (if we have eyes that work). However, focusing on just how a website looks is a classic mistake. The best, most successful websites are carefully crafted using much more than just what we can view.

Who would have thought that a website and a vehicle - like the family car or your favorite sports car - have a lot in common. Yet they do: your website and your car are like brother and sister. However, the problem is, most websites are trying to operate like a vehicle with square wheels: they don't run properly and unless you take steps to fix the problem, the ride can be - shall we say - "bumpy"!
