The method outlined in the following 4 video screencasts is not the only way to create an email newsletter using Acajoom Pro. However, it is one solution that allows your editor to create an e-newsletter in under 20 minutes.

If you're not yet familiar with Acajoom Pro, I recommend you try this method first. Then when you become more familiar with how Acajoom Pro works, if you prefer to create a different approach, you're better able to modify your procedure to match your style of working.

Once mastered, the steps outlined in the following 4 videos can be completed in about 15 minutes when the following points are taken into account:

• Use pre-prepared content items.
• Establish the look and feel for the newsletter in advance once, then save as a template. Use your template to create all newsletter issues.
• Practice the steps required.
• Write down the sequence you need to follow. Refer to your notes until you become sufficiently familiar with the train of events.
